Refund/Redo Policy

Our goal at Arsen Gurgov Salon is to make every client happy when they walk out our doors. We do not offer refunds however we do offer a redo policy. If you are not happy with your color or haircut experience, you have 48 hours to contact your stylist. You have 7 days from your original appointment to book a corrective service. Our policy does not honor clients who have changed their mind on a service they asked for.
